  4. If you refuse delivery or the shipment is returned due to incorrect address, customs problems, or otherwise unclaimed, additional return or re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. You may request a return or exchange only if the Products are damaged during shipping, defective, or significantly not as described — and if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts, tags, and documentation.
  3. If eligible, we will offer — at our discretion — a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method, within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
  4. Return shipping may be covered by us if the issue is our fault (wrong item, damage). If return is due to change of mind or wrong size/color preference, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  5. Items purchased on clearance or final sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
