At Toptoys.pk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping
  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is defective or not working

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products used after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or discount sales (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  2. Send clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
  3. Provide your order number

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method (Bank Transfer / Online Payment)
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of cash refund

5. Exchange Policy

We also offer product exchange in case of:

  • Wrong size / color
  • Product defect

Exchange depends on product availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
